Terms & Conditions

Reservations Taken over the Phone are subject to the same terms and conditions, cancellation and deposit policies.

A $25.00 administrative fee will be assessed for any booking canceled before 5:00 pm central on the same day the booking is made for a phone reservation along with the terms/conditions policies.

We impose a surcharge on credit cards that is not greater than our
cost of acceptance.

Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of making your reservation to secure your booking. This deposit will be credited to the total cost of your trip. (If using the group booking option, please read the details on how to go about securing the booking. Call if you have questions)

Final Payment: The remaining balance of the trip cost must be paid in full by { 21 } days prior to the departure date. Failure to complete payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the no-refundable deposit. We will contact you prior to any cancellation attempt of any booking. 

21 Day Cancellation policy and Deposit Policy

A Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of making your reservation to secure your booking. This deposit will be credited to the total cost of your trip. 

If you cancel your reservation(s), the following conditions will apply:

Cancellations in writing greater than 21 days prior to the trip will be entitled to a refund minus a $25..00 (dollars) per person handling fee. After the 21st day, the remainder will be due and final payment will be charged. 

Cancellations made within 48 hours of trip date, or "no show" result in full forfeiture of all money paid to Brewers and cannot be rescheduled.

If you have a documentable medical emergency we will allow you to reschedule your trip for a $25.00 per person fee up to the check-in time for your trip. (June through August, excludes Saturdays and Holidays, and based upon availability) You must notify us in writing within 1 week from the date of the missed trip to be able to reschedule your trip. Certain documents may be required.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Please Read:

Participants must realize that there are certain risks involved with any outdoor activity such as tubing, canoeing, or kayaking. These risks include but are not limited to loss of personal property, bodily injury, and death. You are required to read, understand, and sign an assumption of risk form and liability release after you reserve your trip and before you embark. It is the responsibility of the group organizer to make sure everyone gets information on the trip prior to signing up for your trip.

The waiver can be electronically signed and submitted or it can be printed from the pdf file under features and mailed or personally delivered.
